All-on-4 Dental Implants in Northwest Austin, TX — New Teeth in a Day at myDental Anderson Mill
Full mouth dental implants on US-183, with temporary fixed teeth on surgery day.
Fixed All-on-4 teeth from $14,900 per arch
Tired of Patching Teeth That Keep Failing?
For many of our Northwest Austin patients, the problem did not start all at once. It was one crown, then a root canal, then an extraction, then a partial that never felt quite right. Each fix helped for a while. Now the whole arch feels like a project with no finish line.
If you are weighing whether to keep repairing or start fresh, a full-arch plan is worth a conversation. There is no pressure and no judgment, just a clear look at your scan and your choices.

All-on-4 Explained: Four Implants, One Fixed Smile
With All-on-4, four dental implants are placed in one jaw and a full bridge of teeth is fixed on top of them. The two front implants stand straight. The two back implants are tilted, so they can anchor in denser bone and avoid areas such as the sinus. Because the bridge is screwed down, it does not move, and you brush it in place like teeth.

All-on-X is the broader name. It covers the same fixed bridge on four or more implants, for example All-on-6, which can help when the bone is softer. The number we suggest comes from your CT scan, not from a menu. You can read more in our guide to All-on-4 dental implants, or, if you only need one or two teeth replaced, start with dental implants at myDental Anderson Mill.

Fixed Teeth or Removable? Comparing Full-Arch Options
Replacing a full arch comes down to a few trade-offs: how secure the teeth feel, whether they come out, and how many implants you need. These four options cover most situations.

All-on-4 Fixed Bridge
A full row of fixed teeth on four implants. You clean it in place and keep it in all day and night.

All-on-6 with Extra Implants
Five, six or more implants under the same kind of fixed bridge, often chosen for the upper jaw or for softer bone.

Snap-In Implant Dentures
A denture that clips onto a few implants so it stops sliding. It still comes out for cleaning and at night.

Traditional Dentures
No implants: the denture sits on the gums, held by suction or adhesive. It needs relining as the gums and bone change.

Not sure which fits you? Your consultation and 3D CT scan will show what your bone allows.
Schedule a ConsultationEach option has a place. We will tell you honestly if a snap-in or traditional denture suits your goals and budget better than fixed teeth.
Where Are You Starting From?
Many people who visit us on US-183 about full-arch teeth fit one of two stories. Both start the same way, with a consultation and a 3D CT scan, but the questions on your mind are often different.
Already Wearing Dentures?
If you already wear a denture, you probably know the routine: adhesive in the morning, a sore spot that comes and goes, a denture that shifts when you laugh or bite into something firm. Plenty of long-time denture wearers switch to fixed teeth. At your first visit we look at your bone and gums on the scan and tell you whether your jaw can hold implants.
Facing the Loss of Your Remaining Teeth?
Some patients still have teeth, but they are breaking down and a full arch is the next step. Going straight to fixed teeth is an option: when the bone allows, extractions and implants happen in the same visit, and you leave with temporary fixed teeth on surgery day instead of a denture first.
Teeth in a Day: How All-on-4 Treatment Unfolds
Most of the work happens in planning, which is why surgery day can end with teeth in place. Your treatment plan explains each step and where it happens.
Consultation and 3D CT Scan
Come to our office on US-183. Your first visit is an All-on-4 consultation with a 3D CT scan; see the offer above. The visit includes a full check of teeth and gums and time to talk through what you want. You leave with a written plan.
Your Plan and Your Price
We go over the scan with you, the number of implants, one or both arches and the tooth material. You see the written price and your payment options, and you decide in your own time.
Surgery Day
Remaining failing teeth are taken out and the implants are placed, with sedation available if you want it.
Healing
You leave with temporary fixed teeth on surgery day. Most patients get their final teeth about 3 to 6 months later, once the implants have fused with the bone. Your timeline depends on your bone, healing and whether grafting is needed. Plan on a soft diet for the first weeks, with checkups in between.
Final Bridge
Your final teeth are made to fit the healed gums and your bite. We adjust them until chewing feels natural, then set you up with a cleaning routine and checkup schedule.
Caring for Your New Teeth
Your new teeth stay in, so they are cared for in place. Before you leave, our Anderson Mill team shows you how:
Staying Comfortable
If dental work makes you tense, say so early. Sedation options are offered, and your team explains which is right for you.
Discussed and chosen with you before surgery day
Nothing starts until the area is fully numb
Health history and medicines reviewed in advance
Blankets and headphones to help you relax
What Does All-on-4 Cost in Northwest Austin?
At myDental, fixed All-on-4 teeth start from $14,900 per arch, and premium zirconia teeth start from $19,900 per arch. An arch is one jaw, so upper and lower are priced separately. Traditional dentures cost less on day one, yet adhesive, relines and new dentures every so often add up over the years; fixed teeth put more of the cost up front for a long-term result.
That price covers your consultation and CT scan, extractions, the implants, same-day temporary teeth and your final teeth. Sedation is available and quoted separately. Here is what shapes the total on your plan:
Upper, Lower or Both
One arch is one price. A full mouth plan covers two arches, and some patients treat one jaw now and the other later.
Standard or Zirconia Teeth
Standard fixed teeth are the starting tier. Premium zirconia is stronger and resists stains, and it sits in the higher tier.
Four Implants or More
Four implants is the standard. If your scan points to All-on-X, your plan explains what the extra implants add.
Grafting If Needed
Many patients need no graft thanks to the tilted implants. If you do, it is written into your plan up front.
Your Sedation Choice
Sedation is optional and priced on its own, so you only pay for the comfort level you choose.
What Is Included
Consultation and CT scan, extractions, implants, temporary teeth on surgery day and the final teeth.
Your exact figure comes in writing after your consultation and CT scan (see the offer at the top of the page), before you agree to anything. See the payment options further down this page.

Your All-on-4 Questions, Answered
Have a question that is not here? Call our Anderson Mill office — we’re glad to talk it through.
Fixed All-on-4 teeth start from $14,900 per arch, and premium zirconia teeth start from $19,900 per arch (one arch is one jaw). The price includes the consultation and CT scan, extractions, implants, same-day temporary teeth and final teeth. Sedation is quoted separately. You receive your written price after your consultation and CT scan.
Yes, the same offer applies to current patients. Mention it when you book online or call, and your All-on-4 consultation includes a 3D CT scan. Your team will review your current records with you at that visit.
Yes. You leave with temporary fixed teeth on surgery day. Most patients get their final teeth about 3 to 6 months later, once the implants have fused with the bone. Your timeline depends on your bone, healing and whether grafting is needed. During the first weeks you eat soft foods so the implants can settle.
Bone loss is common after years without teeth or with a denture. All-on-4 tilts the back implants into firmer bone, which often makes a graft unnecessary. The 3D CT scan in your exam shows the real picture, and if grafting or more implants would help, your plan says so before you commit.
You are fully numbed, and sedation options are offered, so the procedure itself is usually comfortable. Expect some tenderness and swelling while you heal; your team sends you home with clear aftercare steps. Read about sedation dentistry at myDental.
For many people it means eating and smiling without thinking about their teeth again. The trade-offs are real, though: surgery and a healing period, removal of any remaining failing teeth in the arch, a higher upfront cost than dentures, and careful daily cleaning around a bridge that stays in. We help you weigh those against your goals.
Both are fixed full-arch bridges; All-on-6 is one version of All-on-X, with more implants. Extra implants can share the bite when bone is softer, which happens more often in the upper jaw. Your CT scan and bite decide, and we explain the reason either way.
Choose All-on-4 if you want fixed teeth that stay in. Snap-in implant dentures need fewer implants and are removed for cleaning, which some people like. Both hold much better than traditional dentures. We lay out both on your scan so you can compare.
Brush twice a day, clean under the bridge with a water flosser or small brushes, and keep your professional cleanings and checkups. If you grind your teeth, a night guard protects the bridge. The myDental Care Plan covers routine exams and cleanings after treatment.
All-on-4 is built as a long-term answer. The implants are meant to stay in the bone; the teeth on top wear with daily use and may need repair or replacing over the years. Good cleaning, regular checkups and not smoking all help them last.
