EVERYTHING was amazing. I love having such a wonderful collective of strong, professional, honest, proficient, passionate, caring, and thorough women as my care team. Running the entire clinic like a beautifully well-oiled machine, with zero judgment and stunning communication throughout the entire process — between the team members, other clinics, as well as with the patient. Everyone kept everyone informed the entire time. The simple act of being connected to a human being when you contact the clinic was a welcomed return to some pre-digital age protocols. It’s so nice not to have to go through an extensive phone menu or log onto an app to get things done. A straight shot. Which really showcases the high skills of the one-woman front desk marathon of smooth plate spinning. They ask you about services and provide their costs BEFORE they are done. They went out of their way to make every aspect of the visit as painless as possible. Y’all hired well and I’m so excited this team is local. Their attention to detail about everything was very appreciated. EVERYONE was absolutely amazing and very good at what they did. I enjoyed my time with every single team member, which made anything time consuming or unpleasant far less stressful. I very much appreciate the thoughtful comfort measures made available to the patients — it’s a comfort measure menu and a crazy high-definition TV for exam images, with Netflix, for Pete’s sake! 🥰 I now plan to go to this location exclusively for my dental care needs. Quite possibly just to see their lovely faces and say hello. Thanks again, ladies, for everything. You helped make what is normally a horrible experience into the opposite. High fives all around 😎 “Highly Recommend” is an understatement.

Amazing experience. Everyone is very nice and everything is explained perfectly. I’m not a fan of the dentist but this was a great experience and I felt comfortable. 5 stars!

Dr. Chen and Burgundy made a great team for my appointment! They did a full eval and a crown all in one visit, and saved what could have been a lost tooth!! I don’t know her name (shame on me!) but the woman behind the desk in the lobby is always so helpful and kind. Can’t ask for anything more!!

I was scared for many years to have my dental procedure taken care of. Dr. Chen and his entire staff could not have been more accommodating, skillful, and competent. I could not recommend them higher. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they exceeded them in every category. The staff — Burgundy, Lola, Maria, and all the rest — were superb, and I at all times felt my needs and comfort were never ignored or minimized. Could not be more blown away!

They were kind and helpful to me — Ms. Veronica, Dr. Rojas, and Ms. Danni, and the rest of the team. They were very sympathetic of my financial situation and helped me a lot! I am quite happy! 😊

I visited My Dental in Manor and Ms. Tonya was extremely caring, patient and gentle with me. I despise visiting dental offices but she helped me to have a great patient experience!
