My experience at MyDental was great! The customer service was great, everyone was kind, friendly, and receptive of my questions. Which I really appreciated. After x-rays, Dr. Alex Li presented his diagnosis and we discussed at length the findings and his recommended treatments. After this discussion, before proceeding with any of the treatments I had the opportunity to speak with billing to discuss details on what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay out of pocket. This was refreshing because I have been to dentists who would commit to procedures before discussing how much it would cost. The upfront and forthcoming approach of the office was one that made me confident in trusting them with the procedures. Overall, I have all positive things to say about my visit and would recommend anyone looking for a dentist in Austin to strongly consider MyDental.

I’ve been coming for a few years now, and it’s always such a great experience. Everybody at Mydental is attentive and nice. It helps greatly with my anxiety.

Love it here. My daughter and I are new patients. Everything is soooo clean and organized, staff is super friendly. Also my dentist did not make me go through a procedure because she determined it to be unnecessary and used the session/payment to work on several other things, saving money and possibly that tooth from being overworked. 🙂 highly recommend
