Dr. Chaudhari was both professional, and kind. He never made me feel uncomfortable or ashamed about my teeth. The way he speaks to his staff is something to aspire to in every office. Maria was assisting during my visit and she also made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. The office manager (I'm sorry I missed her name) was beyond accommodating when I had to move procedures around for financial reasons. Again, I never felt judged, or like anyone wasn't acting in my best interest. I've already referred one friend over, and will continue to do so. Doctors like this are rare, and when you do find them, the staff is usually lacking. NOT the case here. There is absolutely nothing I would have changed about my visit. I left feeling informed and motivated to improve my dental health. Thank you for making this anxiety ridden process a pleasant one. I appreciate all of you.

Above and beyond front of house staff and dentist. Everyone there was so kind and nice to my wife and I. We needed some work done that was going to be more than one visit. It was all pain free and they always remembered our names. Very easy to deal with would recommend 10 out of ten.

I hadn't been to a dentist in years after a really excruciating experience. I was dreading going to the dentist, but a painful abscess made me finally go. The process at MyDental at Techridge was painless, and the technicians and dentist were wonderful. No lectures or judgements. Just a caring and calming atmosphere and staff. I was put at ease immediately. They laid out a plan on how to fix all my issues and made sure to explain every step. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience with the staff here! Check in was smooth and my dental assistant Gabi was so kind and helpful. She walked through everything and was so sweet, definitely made me feel relaxed. Gina was also sweet and very helpful when discussing payment. After not going to a dentist for so long, this was a nice experience!

Seriously everyone in that office, from the front desk staff, to the MA's and the doctor, everyone's customer service and making me feel comfortable was at 100% and I was terrified. Also the helped me with a payment plan that worked best for me, asked me what I felt comfortable paying. I have been to a handful of dentist and this one is it!

Great first time experience here! The staff is friendly and the rooms are tidy and professional. They had a tv with a nature documentary playing in the "chair room" for while you wait between X-rays and cleaning. The dentist and the hygienist were great, efficient, and thorough. They were very communicative about what they were doing and why. I also really like that they had online appointment management as well as evening and Saturday morning options. I am definitely coming back here again!

Awesome folks here! Highly recommended. I saw dr. G I need more medication and had to sit through 2 hours of deep cleaning But they were very nice throughout the procedure They reply to emails fast, and are open on saturday as well

Dr chaudhari and his staff were very nice and welcoming. They work fast and explained everything perfectly. I was in so much pain and I'm glad they were able to help me get this tooth out and I will definitely be keeping this as my primary dentist office.

For the first time I’ve finally found the perfect dentist for my son! He was traumatized in the past with dentists that were rough on his mouth and left scars physically and emotionally which lead to a difficult time to get him to the dentist. From start to finish this is a great experience. They have high-tech equipment, the ladies at the front desk are amazing and kind, everyone is cheerful in a good mood. The dentist Dr. Matthews listened to my concerns and didn’t try to force a treatment on him that she didn’t feel was necessary and allowed me as a parent to make decisions regarding his treatment plan without being condescending, which I have experienced in the past. Great place I’m sure for all ages. Once again I am so happy to have found a wonderful great dental practice!

I have been a customer at myDental for about a year, and I trust the dentists, assistants, and front desk helpers with whatever I need. I feel welcomed as soon as I walk in the door, and I have never waited longer than 10 minutes. Both, Dr. Patel and Dr. Guidroz are very kind, and they truly explain anything you ask very thoroughly making sure that you leave the appointment with everything you need to know. I don't dread coming to this dentist, and would definitely recommend coming here.

Very professional staff. Made scheduling very easy. They're open on Saturdays, which is awesome. My checkup, x rays, and cleaning were super easy. Will definitely be back!
