Dental techs and doctors are great, but scheduling and front desk staff could use a lot more training. I've had several wrongly input appointment types and codes leading to coming in for a procedure that couldn't be done that day and wasted my time.

I was recently in for a comprehensive exam and a cleaning. The front desk there was very friendly and was nice enough to offer a water. After I completed my new patient paperwork I was taken back by an amazing dental assistant that took my x-rays and later seated me with Dr. Patel. Everything in the room was high tech and had a tv right in front of me to watch so I didn't have to sit staring off into space. The doctor and the assistant were very clear on describing what procedures I needed to get done and how I could take care of my dental hygiene without being too harsh. Over all, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend to anyone. They see children and adults! Please check them out, you won't be disappointed.

My experience at MyDental has been great! I normally hate the dentist and avoided it for too long. I really liked the energy of dr Mitchell Bulger - he made me feel comfortable and helped me understand the procedures I needed, and helped me come up with a good care plan within my budget. Not mean or pushy like other dentists I've had. Also, Tracy the hygienist is super nice - never had so much fun while getting my teeth cleaned! 10/10 for staff and my teeth look great!

We take our 2-year old to MyDental. The clinic is very clean, the equipment modern, and the child waiting room a big plus! All the staff, from the reception to the dental assistant, to the doctor herself are gentle and extremely patient. Of the dentists we have taken our little one previously, this dentist is better than even the dedicated pediatric dental clinics. Her extended knowledge of pediatric dentistry is obvious. At the end of the visit our little one gets her toothbrush accessory packet and balloon, so she usually walks out considerably happy. Our insurance is never an issue, they saved our info on first visit and now we just show up, all is taken care of. I absolutely recommend this clinic to child and adult alike, it's definitely an upscale dental experience!

I didn't think much when I came here but the staff was overwhelming nice and always checked in with me! They also have drinks and items that will help you if you are having any troubles! The whole time I was consistantly checked on and I could even watch on the T.V. while I was being worked on! It was a great experience! :D

Made an appointment after hours due to an emergency issue. They were able to get me in early the next day. I was nervous because I am not a fan of the dentist office in general and hadn't been in years. First off the way they handle the covid protocol is easy and feels very safe. I have seen some comments about the front desk staff and I didn't experience that. They were friendly efficient and very helpful. The techs were knowledgeable. The facility was spotless and the equipment seemed so high tech. Dr Patel was patient, professional and compassionate. I admitted to having not been in to the dentist is years. She acknowledged and moved on. No long lectures or judgement. She took the time to go over all the issues and options available to me, with no pressure at all. Then before any work, a tech came in to review all the recommended charges and breakdowns of each, making sure I knew what was happening and no surprises. Andy the dental hygienist was so friendly and helpful as well. Very knowledgeable and through. At the end of the visit, I was half expecting a surprise charge and there was none. I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but I will gladly be back and on a regular schedule. This place is great!

My gosh! I just had a party at the dentist. Everyone was so nice. I feel like I made new friends. (I can tell you about their pets.) I have had dentists and oral surgeons tell me such upsetting things about my teeth. It was such a relief, today, to hear Dr. Mathew's perspective that they were just not that bad. And, that if things were not bothering me (two baby teeth, some recession), we didn't have to do anything about them. (I've been given estimates from others who were pressuring me to address these things that were more than $16,000.) She didn't make me feel bad about what I haven't been doing. She said it seemed like I had been taking good care of my teeth. Wow. Gabi, the dental assistant, said they looked really good. Instead of just feeling bad about everything others had said was wrong, the perspective that things were good has me feeling motivated to try to keep them that way. Hooray! We addressed a couple of tiny things (which I am glad to have addressed, wasn't upsetting financially, & was completely pain-free). And, I don't have to go back for 6 months, which is amazing. (Other dentists have been making me come every few months for deep cleanings, scaling, root planning, etc. for years now.) It's so great not to have to go see these people who I will look forward to seeing again. I highly recommend myDental at Anderson Mill. (My son has an appointment with them next week.) On 12/11 I had written, "Brittnee, the office manager w/myDental at Anderson Mill just spent like 30 minutes coming up with a plan with me. I'm scheduled for a comprehensive exam & we have time set aside for the deeper cleaning, scaling, & root planning I know to anticipate needing. For the exam, she has me seeing Dr. Mathew. She said she is really nice & gentle. She said they haven't been at this office too long. They opened up at the beginning of the year, closed for COVID-19, & have opened back up in August. They are only using two of their four chairs, currently, to allow for physical distancing. They use a questionnaire to screen for COVID-19 symptoms day of. (I do know about asymptomatic carriers.) We are trying to maximize the insurance I paid to be able to use this year. When we talked about issues or concerns she talked about how they are not there to judge me only to help me & to see what I am comfortable doing. There was so much kindness, empathy, & support I feel like I made a new friend. If the appointments go as smoothly, it will all be a fabulous experience. I'll report back."

Very great visit ! Been going to my dental for about2 years staff is very nice and great to because i have anxieties about dentist ... they also have Netflix and Disney for a relaxing visit !:)

Friendly dentist and dental hygienist/tech! In and out in 30 minutes for a standard cleaning, friendly front desk staff as well. The office was clean/well lit with complimentary bottled water and coffee.
