Great experience here at MyDental Elgin. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Front staff did a great job explaining to me how my specific dental insurance works and how I can benefit the most of it there. The x-ray tech was very nice and friendly. I dont remember her name but she’s from Oregon originally and I love Oregon lol. The hygienist Carrie was very nice as well. She was very thorough with her work and gentle with the tools. Dr. Rojas was efficient and did a great job explaining to me the work that I should get done and the pros and cons of said work. Shout out to Ruby who explained the procedures I’ll be getting in the future and for setting it up for me. She was very patient with me as I tried to find the best times for the scheduling. Overall MyDental exceeded my expectations. I recommend everyone in the area to come check them out give them a try.

My experience with myDental in Round Rock was more than expected. I deal with dental anxiety making it hard to go in for appointments. I had a tooth that was giving me some problems and dealing with Angie with scheduling was great. She answered all my questions upfront and was able to get me set up quick and gave me comfort with my anxiety. Meeting with Jaycee today, taking my X-rays, I explained my anxiety (and where it stems from) and he was amazing. He explained everything before proceeding, explained what to expect and talked to me respectfully and without me feeling rushed, pushed around, or surprised. The staff after was just as great. Cheyanne did the same explaining the process of the tools she was using and what to expect it to feel like. Dr. Iqbal was amazing. He assessed my concerns, explaining everything so I understood and gave me options on how to proceed. They worked with me as I have no insurance and gave me a few payment options to help out. They always asked if I was ok, if I needed anything or even if I wanted to watch something on Netflix. I would HIGHLY recommend this location if you too suffer with dental anxiety. The staff is amazing. Even more so if you are lucky enough to get Jaycee, Cheyanne and Dr. Iqbal.
