Clean and comfortable waiting area, including a play room for kids. Complementary water and coffee. The whole process was smoothe and easy. The staff were very kind and helpful. Dr. Guidroz and Amy were very professional and explained everything that I had questions for. State of the art equipment. They even had a TV while you get your teeth cleaned. Great place.

Dr. Patel has been seeing my son for the last year and she is amazing! Her staff is curtious and always helpful. We are so happy to have found this practice.

If you guys are looking for a dental office to care for you then this is the one. I was so impressed with their friendliness and down to earth demeanor in the office. Very courteous and professional from the front desk staff, to the dental assistants, techs, and the dentist herself. I came in their office in so much pain so you can imagine I was not very pleasing but they made the experience very comfortable. To top it off, the staff comes in to fully explain what the dentist recommends before they begin the work and allow you to choose what you are going to follow through with. Really...who does that!!! They are also very affordable....I think I have found my new family dentist....

Loved the doctor. She was super sweet & gentle with my son who's 3. The assistant was very helpful as well & sweet with him while doing his X-rays. Will definitely recommend this place 😁

I was a walk in, they scheduled and rescheduled my kids appointments with no trouble. The day of the appointment I did not have to wait a long time, they took their time, explained everything, and my kids left smiling. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. I might have to make my own appointment now. :-)

Today was my first time here and I was very happy with my experience. Not only was everyone extremely kind, but they also ensure the customer feels comfortable by offering coffee/water, a tv with cable in each room, and even a kid's waiting room with play items if you have kids. The office is clean, kid-friendly, and extremely close to where we live in the north Austin/Tech Ridge area. 10/10 would recommend.

Dentists make me very nervous bit right away these wonderful ladies put me at ease. I was welcomed with a smile and there was complimentary coffee and bottles water in the waiting room. I got my consultation and was able to get my deep cleaning in the same visit. The breakdown of my treatment plan by Vanessa was very thorough and Dr. Patel was very attentive to my needs. Thanks My Dental for making this nervous dentist goer see a different perspective.
