Went to two different practices before I found this one. MyDental was easily more affordable and professional than the first two offices I went to. Got extensive filling work and a crown for a great deal with insurance. The staff is always excellent and informative. Always more than willing to work with my schedule. The best dentist I've had since I was a kid ! The dentist Jinal Patel and her entire staff I cluding Selena at the front desk we're extremely helpful with getting the paperwork completed along with explaining to me ahead of time what my deductible would be for each procedure. I had deep cleaning and fillings performed in separate days. Honestly I never had a dentist that put so much heart into her procedures and explaining to you what needs to be done and why. Everyone of her assistants were great also during both procedures. Please consider this location for anything you need done. I highly recommend them. I just moved from Houston and I can honestly say they are far better than any dentist I've been to in Houston by a long shot !

Selena worked really hard doing follow up for my insurance, Ed got my x-rays done quickly and painlessly, and Dr. Shamsi gave some really good pointers about dealing with acidic foods and did my cleaning really quickly as well. Thanks!

I love coming here to get work done or talk about my options. The staff is very friendly and personable. They treat you so well. The customer service is amazing! I tried their office out on a whim about 8 months ago when I was having some pain and ended up having to get 2 teeth extracted. I loved meeting with Dr. Guidroz my first time! She made me feel comfortable and safe because I was worried about everything. This time around, I was so excited to see her again even though I was back because of more pain. This time I got my teeth cleaned and it was a quick process and my teeth have never looked better! I scheduled for another extraction and they are willing to work with me on my out of pocket expenses and we discussed a payment plan for my treatman plan! I highly recommend myDental for your needs!

Me and my children have been coming here a couple years now and the staff and dentist are great! Dr. Patel and Dr. Guidroz or Dr. G as we love to call her are both fantastic and very understanding. They explained everything to me and my children with detail and simplicity so we could understand. I would highly recommend My Dental!!!

When i first came in here everyone introduced them selfs. Everyone is so nice, they even checked my blood pressue because i asked as i was not feeling good. I love how everyone gets along with each other they are always smiling. I will recommend myDental 😊

This place was awesome! They had good coffee and cold water in the waiting room.The staff there are amazing and super friendly. My dentist and her assistant did a great job. The assistant was great to talk to. Can't tell you how many times I had to go through awkward silences during the x-rays. She was funny and made the appointment very enjoyable.

As this was my first routine checkup in this particular clinic I may still need to go for more checkups to get a better feel for My Dental. Here is an account of what I saw and how the checkup went, in general. My first impressions: The receptionists and the assistants there were friendly and nice to me. They were able to quickly get me checked in. . In addition, I found that the clinic is well equipped (including the exam rooms) even though it's a relatively 'new' dentistry as far as I am aware of. So as for the checkup, the cleaning was smooth, like most routine dental checkups go (not fun but a necessity imo). Overall, I am pleased with the service I received and hopefully, it will continue to garner service to patients with Medicare/Medicaid insurance.
