I have anxiety with dentist visits and unfortunately had a toothache that just would not go away. Came here and found out I needed a root canal. I felt like crying and throwing a fit like my toddlers. But, silver lining, everyone from the dentist, the assistants, the hygienist and the front desk workers treated me with such kindness and care. During the 3 visit procedure, they gave me plenty of breaks, suggested videos to watch or listen to on their TVs in the operating rooms to calm me, and lots of positive encouragement and shoulder patting. I got follow up calls after each visit to check on how I was feeling, and all the financials and insurance coverage was explained fully. I 100% recommend MyDental at Tech Ridge and Dr. Patel did an excellent job on my root canal and crown placement.
