Visits went well. Nice staff but visits always take way too long.

First of all I am completely terrified of the dentist but I went into MyDental tech ridge and the staff made me feel great. I have incredibly high anxiety even going into the chair. Dr. Susarla is very kind and understanding gave me breaks when needed. My teeth have very long roots and can be difficult to extract. It has been an issue my whole lift. The Dr and dental assistant(I didn’t get his name)were very comforting and tried to offer everything they could to help my anxiety. Any time I felt pain the Dr would pause and give more numbing. After the Dr was finished Joseph came in to explain everything about my treatment plan and how much everything would cost me. Joseph was very thorough and professional. Took his time to make sure I understand everything about my treatment plan. I loved this! I was so happy to not be blindsided about any future cost this was a very important part for me. Thank you to my care team at MyDental for everything. I will continue to go to the location and recommend it to anybody 10/10
