Been going here for around 3 years now and services have started to decline over the past 1.5 years. After each visit, I feel that quality of cleanings kept declining more and more. Last 2 visits for me were incredibly rushed as I had appointments at 5:00pm on Fridays. While I understand staff is ready to go home at this point, both occasions felt incredibly dismissive to my needs. On the last visit, I mentioned I felt that my teeth could use some more cleaning in certain areas, as I noticed buildup remaining. Once mentioned, the dentist told me he’d “get anything the next time I came to pick up my retainers.” Rather than addressing my very real concern (my teeth weren’t properly cleaned even though I paid my full service cost), he chose to dismiss it, and put it off for future appointment. Don’t offer 5pm appointments on fridays if the staff isn’t going to give quality service. Don’t dismiss patient concerns and request for things they’re paying full price for. Also, I was scheduled to pick up retainers in 2 weeks. This is a simple 5 minute errand. why would I choose to spend another hour at the dentist in 2 weeks for you to finish a very basic job you were supposed to properly do? Anyway, I’m getting a different dentist.

Everyone here is so sweet and knowledgeable. The dental assistant I had was awesome! Definitely will be making this my new dentist moving forward

I recently stopped going to the my dental located in Elgin due to poor service and started coming here and I love it! Today I had a cleaning done and Jasmine and Luis were very nice and not rushing the process at all. I also really like Dr.Tarek, he’s very informative. Love this location!

Dr.Batta was really good explaining the procedure of wisdom tooth extraction, Ruby the assistant very professional explaining to you how everything was going to go during the extraction make sure you were comfortable with the procedure.very friendly staff answered all my questions

I had an amazing experience at MyDental! The dentist was very personable and took the time to answer all my questions. She made sure that I was aware of the best treatment options I could exercise for my particular situation. She wasn’t pushy about it, she offered me options and explained to me why those options were important. From the front desk staff to the direct care staff, I had an amazing experience! I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a dentist.

The staff is AMAZING. Ruby made sure to answer any questions I might've had and made sure I was very comfortable. Not sure who the lady was that did my cleaning but she was very sensitive to my concerns and was very attentive as well. Highly recommend My Dental 👍
