Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Brenna and Dr. Hudgens were very kind and helped me feel at ease for upcoming appointment this Saturday. Gloria was so nice and helpful explaining payments and billing. Some things I think are really great about this place besides the staff interaction is that they offer payments through cherry. Which is so helpful if you need something done and you don’t have dental insurance. It really gives you option to make payment plans. They have their own dental health care plans that you can make low monthly payments which cover cleanings and discounts other procedures. I am very grateful I found this place!! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for dental care! Very clean, very friendly,

The staff is accommodating and the location is convenient. However, it was a little awkward when my husband was in the exam chair, but the doc was looking at me when he was talking about my husband’s dental care. It was like I was the proxy, but the subject was in the room. I know it might be a weird thing to complain about, but again, it just made me feel a little awkward. Just something to think about.

But Rita was absolutely amazing. She made me feel calm, safe, and completely at ease. I was so relaxed during my deep cleaning that I actually fell asleep! That has never happened to me before at the dentist. If you’re nervous or scared like I was, I can’t recommend Rita enough. My experience at myDental Norwood was great! It started with Heavenly, the dental assistant. She took the X-rays and did the preliminary work with a lot of care, great communication and efficiency! Dr Lee was great! A little background – when I came here I had been to another dentist who said I needed a ton of work. Dr. Lee examined my teeth and came back with a different diagnosis which was not even half of the work the other dentist said I needed. So you can trust Dr. Lee to be honest and do only what is needed! Great dental clinic all around!

Very quick and professional. I had to get my wisdom teeth taken out and the entire process was a breeze. I was really dreading the experience but they made it as painless as possible. Amazing work!
