Fantastic experience. The whole team was friendly, professional, and unbelievably efficient. They got everything done so fast I barely had time to start mentally preparing for the dentist… and suddenly it was over. The dentist and staff explained everything clearly and made the visit comfortable. Honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had—highly recommend. 😄

I was in town visiting my parents from Colorado when the bracket on my top retainer popped off. Thankfully, MyDental was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday, which I really appreciated. My appointment was at 1:30, and they brought me back around 1:40. However, literally right after I sat down in the dental chair, the hygienist asked me to leave a review — specifically mentioning her by name. She handed me a QR code, and when the review page opened on my phone, she actually tapped my screen and selected five stars for me before anything had even been done. It was a very uncomfortable and strange experience, especially since I hadn’t received any treatment yet and felt a bit pressured in the moment. Now that the appointment is over and I don’t feel that pressure, I wanted to update my review with a more accurate reflection of the visit. Aside from that initial interaction, everyone was very kind. The dentist got to me by about 2:40 and we were done around 3:00pm. It did take a little while, but since they squeezed me in last minute on a Saturday, I didn’t mind the wait at all. Going in, I honestly expected it might be one of those chain dental offices where they try to upsell you on a lot of extra work instead of fixing the immediate issue. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case — they fixed the problem and didn’t push anything unnecessary. Overall, I’m grateful they were able to help me on short notice, but the initial request to leave a five-star review before treatment made the experience feel a bit strange

This has been one my best visit I had ever at a dentist! The front was friendly, everyone made sure I was taken care of! I felt like VIP! This was an emergency visit and the doctor listened and did the best work I ever had! He had to pull a tooth! He explained every step and was quick! I know for sure this is my new dentist! Very good work and bedside manner!

Had the best experience here! I came in with an emergency toothache while being in from out of town on a Saturday. Nancy and Barbara were amazing and made sure to squeeze me in. Doctor S was amazing and pulled my tooth on short notice. No pain no nothing!! Now I can go back to coaching football tomorrow lol!! Do not hesitate to come see them!! Amazing team!!
