Fixed All-on-4 teeth from $14,900 per arch
Living With a Loose Denture or Teeth You Can’t Trust
Some people come to us after years of a denture that never felt right. Others have a mouth full of old fillings and crowns that are starting to fail one by one. Either way, the same worries show up at the dinner table and in the mirror:
None of this is a reason for shame, and putting it off is common. Our Norwood Park team talks through exactly these worries with neighbors from University Hills, St. Johns, and Rundberg. Full mouth dental implants are one answer, and a scan tells you whether they are the right one for you.

All-on-4 in Plain Language
Think of All-on-4 as a full row of teeth that is screwed onto four anchors in your jaw instead of resting on your gums. The anchors are dental implants. Two sit upright near the front; the two at the back are tilted so they can reach solid bone, which is how many people who were told they “don’t have enough bone” still qualify. Only your dental team removes the bridge, at checkups.
You may also hear the name All-on-X. It covers the same fixed bridge on four or more implants, such as All-on-6, which some mouths need for extra support. Your scan and your bite decide the number.

Four implants carry a full arch of teeth
The bridge is fixed, so nothing to glue or soak
Temporary fixed teeth are attached on surgery day
Implants help slow the bone loss that follows missing teeth
All-on-4 is often a good fit when:
If you are missing just one or two teeth, a single implant is usually the simpler path: see dental implants at myDental Norwood Park. To compare All-on-4 across every myDental office, visit our All-on-4 dental implants overview.
Fixed Teeth, Snap-In Dentures, or a Regular Denture
Full-arch care is not one size fits all. These are the four choices we walk through with Norwood Park patients, from the most secure to the simplest.

All-on-4
A fixed bridge on four implants. Eat, talk, and laugh without thinking about your teeth.

All-on-6
The same fixed bridge with five or six implants, for extra support when the scan calls for it.

Snap-In Denture
Also called an implant denture. It clicks onto a few implants for a firm hold and comes out at night for cleaning.

Traditional Denture
No implants and no surgery. The most affordable start, though it relies on suction and adhesive to stay in.

Not sure which fits you? Your consultation and 3D CT scan will show what your bone allows.
Schedule a ConsultationWhere Are You Starting From?
Patients come to us on Norwood Park Blvd from two different starting points. Whichever one sounds like you, the first step is the same: a consultation with a 3D CT scan and a plain talk about what you want.
Already Wearing Dentures?
Wearing a denture can mean adhesive every morning, sore spots, a denture that moves when you talk or eat, and a mental list of foods to skip. Those are the reasons people tell us they want to switch, and many denture wearers can. Your first visit looks at your bone and gums on the CT scan so you know whether fixed teeth are possible for you.
Facing the Loss of Your Remaining Teeth?
If you are about to lose the rest of your teeth, you may be weighing a denture for the first time. There is another path: when your bone allows, the failing teeth are removed and the implants placed in the same visit, and you leave with temporary fixed teeth on surgery day, without a denture in between.
How Your All-on-4 Treatment Unfolds
Your myDental Norwood Park care team starts with your exam and CT scan here on Norwood Park Blvd, and your written plan explains each step and where it happens.
Start With a Scan
Your first visit is a consultation with a 3D CT scan; the offer box above shows how to book it. The 3D scan shows your bone in three dimensions, so the plan is built on what is really there.
Review the Plan Together
We sit down with your written plan: the number of implants, any teeth that need to come out, any grafting, and the full price. Payment options are part of the same talk. Take it home and think it over if you like.
Surgery Day
Failing teeth are removed, the implants go in, and your temporary fixed teeth are attached before you leave. Sedation is available, so you can stay calm through it.
Let It Heal
You leave with temporary fixed teeth on surgery day. Most patients get their final teeth about 3 to 6 months later, once the implants have fused with the bone. Your timeline depends on your bone, healing and whether grafting is needed. Plan on soft foods for the first weeks; we check on you at follow-up visits.
Final Teeth Day
Your final bridge replaces the temporary one, and we adjust the bite until it feels right. After that, it is brushing at home and regular cleanings with us.
Caring for Your New Teeth
Fixed teeth do not come out at home, so you care for them in place. Our Norwood Park team shows you each step:
Staying Comfortable
Sedation options are offered for All-on-4, and your team explains which one is right for you based on your health and how nervous you feel.
Matched to your health and your comfort level
The area is fully numbed before any work begins
Ask for a break any time; we explain each step as we go
Warm blankets and headphones to help you settle in
What Does All-on-4 Cost in Northeast Austin?
Fixed All-on-4 teeth at myDental start from $14,900 per arch. Premium zirconia teeth start from $19,900 per arch. An arch is one jaw, so the upper teeth are one arch and the lower teeth are another. Your arch price covers the consultation and CT scan, extractions, the implants, same-day temporary teeth, and your final teeth. Sedation is available and quoted separately.
Traditional dentures are less expensive at first, but adhesive, relines and replacements add up year after year. Fixed teeth ask for more up front and are an investment in a long-term result.
Six things shape the number on your written plan:
Upper, Lower, or Both
Each jaw is priced as its own arch, and many patients start with one.
Number of Implants
Four is standard. If your scan shows you need five or six, your plan says so up front.
Type of Final Teeth
Choose standard fixed teeth or premium zirconia for extra strength.
Grafting, Only if Needed
Tilted implants often avoid a graft. When one is needed, it is listed on your plan.
Your Sedation Choice
Optional and priced separately, so you choose the comfort level you want.
Extractions Included
Teeth removed on surgery day are part of the arch price, not an extra line.
Your exact price is written down after your consultation and CT scan, before you commit to anything. Payment plans are covered in ways to pay further down this page.

Your All-on-4 Questions, Answered by Our Norwood Park Team

Fixed All-on-4 teeth start from $14,900 per arch, and premium zirconia teeth from $19,900 per arch. One arch is one jaw. The price includes your consultation and CT scan, extractions, implants, same-day temporary teeth, and final teeth. Sedation is quoted separately, and grafting is added only if your scan shows it is needed. Your exact price is in your written plan.
Yes. Mention the offer when you book online or call us. Your consultation includes a 3D CT scan, and your team will review your current records with you.
Yes. You leave with temporary fixed teeth on surgery day. Most patients get their final teeth about 3 to 6 months later, once the implants have fused with the bone. Your timeline depends on your bone, healing and whether grafting is needed. While you heal, you stick to soft foods for the first weeks.
Many denture wearers do. Years without teeth can thin the jawbone, so your 3D CT scan is the key step: it shows whether four tilted implants have enough bone to hold a fixed bridge, or whether a graft or extra implants would help.
The angled back implants are designed to use the bone you still have, which is why All-on-4 works for many people who were told implants were not an option. If your scan shows a graft is needed, your plan includes it and explains why before anything is scheduled.
The area is numbed first, and sedation options are offered. Your team explains which option is right for you. Some tenderness and swelling afterward is normal; you get written aftercare steps and a number to call with questions. Read more about sedation at myDental.
Both belong to the All-on-X family of fixed full-arch bridges. Four implants is the standard. Five or six can make sense when the bone is softer or you have a heavy bite. The decision comes from your scan and exam, and the reason is written into your plan.
A snap-in denture (implant denture) costs less and is much steadier than a traditional denture, but you remove it each night. All-on-4 stays in and chews more like natural teeth. We lay out both, with prices, so you can choose. You can also compare denture options at myDental.
Yes, and we would rather you hear them from us. It involves surgery and a healing period with a soft diet. It costs more than a denture. You cannot take the bridge out yourself, so careful cleaning matters. Smoking and some health conditions can slow healing, and we talk through those at your exam.
The implants are meant to stay for the long term, and with good care they can last many years. The bridge on top can wear and may need repair or replacement over time. Brush twice a day, clean under the bridge with a water flosser, skip tobacco, and keep your cleaning visits.
Yes. We offer payment plans and flexible financing. Our team goes over the choices with you when you review your written plan.
