My husband and I wanted to find a dentist closer to home, and we are very grateful for myDental! The staff was so friendly and communicative with us about every step. Dr. Patel is also wonderful and really listened when I shared about my teeth pain/discomfort. Another huge reason why I left my previous dentist was that they were incredibly rude about my teeth, and I can say that the staff at myDental made sure that I not only enjoyed my experience but that I was comfortable. Thank you!

I'm from the Round Rock location and I love it there. So when I moved to this location I was a little worried that I wouldn't receive the same kind of customer service or that my kiddos wouldn't like any of the staff members but I am happy to say that the Elgin location is just as awesome!!! They ladies there are supper friendly and definitely caring people! My 14year old fears the dentist office but once I explained her situation they definitely made it more relaxing for her. Thank you all for making my children visit simple, smooth and easy.

We love the staff there. They are very kind and take care of my kiddos. They do not try rush to the next person. They do everything they can to make them comfortable; there is a movie on, sunglasses to block out the light and much more.

The appt was really fast and helpful information. The staff was really nice and friendly. And they definitely fit me to get my work done the very next day

Would recommend to anyone and everyone!! -free choice on beverages/hot coffee -your own choice of entertainment during procedure -always feel comfortable letting them work on my teeth(and they needed some work🫣) -staff goes above and beyond on making your app. smooth and painless 🙌🏻overall a amazing dental company🙌🏻

I took my 1 year old for his first check up. They were very nice. Clean office. Great customer service!

My husband was in a lot of pain with an infection, luckily Carina got us in the next morning. When we were there, Dr. Patel found out that the infection was worse than we ever thought, she explained what needed to be done, and answered all of my MANY questions. Then Gina and Carina helped us find a way to pay for everything that we could do that day. We were never forced or made to feel bad, always treated with respect and kindness. Thank you MyDental, you are our Dentist for life now!

Great dentist and wonderful staff. Gina and Karina were amazing and Dr. Patel was kind and gentle. I hate the dentist and this was not bad.
