The ladies at the office are very professional. Lucy at the front desk always greets you with a smile welcoming you in and always kind and offering you drinks at the coffee/water bar. Dr. R explains and makes you feel at ease. Great job ladies 🦷🪥

Very caring group of professional people. Lucy is a very friendly receptionist. Gina helped me understand what will be done. Dr. R and Diana were wonderful caring for my son's needs. Thank you all for the nice experience.

This office has an amazing group of women! From the front desk, dental assistant Diana and Dr Patel! I forgot to ask dr Patel some questions but Diana was so informative and really helped me understand the different things we should know about dental hygiene. E tenido malas experiencias en otras oficinas de dentista y aquí me hicieron sentir como en casa con su amabilidad en cuanto entras por las puertas te receiven Lucy,Carina, y Gina con su carisma. I am very glad with the services myDental has given me. I went for my 6 month check up and the staff is always friendly and even remember my name. If you are looking for a local family friendly dental office with modern technology and even Netflix I certainly recommend this office.

Dr. R is 😃 great! She explains everything she is doing or planning too do. Carina, Lucy, Emily are all Sweethearts and very professional & helpful and easy on the eyes, I might add. ;) I highly recommend My Dental in Elgin, Texas. You will be pleased.

I WANT TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT to Dr.R, Diana 😉😝 Dental Assistant, Karina/Lucy at the front desk, and Gina the office Manager. 👏 👏 👏 They have been good to me since the day I first walked in. They make sure you feel relaxed and comfortable at all times whither its a routine clean--tooth extraction. Very professional 👏 👌. The building is modern, the equipment that was used I was impressed with. If your hesitant on this office...dont be! Give them a try you may have just found your future family dental office 😉. I know I did.

I used to drive to Bastrop since I didn't like the other dental offices here in elgin, my mom recommended me them to take my son here at myDental, office is nice and clean, staff is very sweet as soon as you walk in, Dr.R was fast and sweet and gave me some tips as well as her assistant Diana! Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a great dental office

All the ladies in this office are just an absolute delight. Carina and Lucy greet you warmly at the front desk while Dr. R and Gina make quick and efficient work with your teeth. After ten years of neglecting any dental work I was very nervous to start going back but this office has made me a diehard dentist goer. I am bringing my daughters here as well and everyone is so good with the kids. 10/10

Staff and service are great. Diana was great at taking my X-rays and was attentive throughout my visit, the Doctor did a great job with my fillings.

Diana was a phenomenal employee. I really struggle with going to the dentist, and X-rays are always a challenge for me. She was sooo patient and kind. Seriously. Super - super - super grateful for her fantastic dental care and tact! Dr. R was also incredible. I have not had my teeth looked at in almost 2 years and I was worried - she helped ease my worry because I thought I was going to be judged. Dr R was straightforward while empathetic to my issues, and we were able to device an effective treatment plan that I’m looking forward to. Last but not least, Carina. She was great about making sure I understood my financial obligations and the cost was great - even better knowing how easily they handled my insurance. If you live in the Elgin area, MyDental should be your #1 choice!
