A very good treatment and kindness on the part of the Staff specially from Rubi and Dr Batta.

First time at a dentist office in over 4 years. The experience overall was fantastic. From walking in to see if my insurance was taken to having an appointment for the day. I was greeted by Ana who took me back to the room, did X-rays and a fluoride treatment. She was very kind and helpful. The office was very clean and peaceful. Everyone worked together and they were all so kind. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Absolutely appreciate Dr Patel taking her time explaining the process and what the next steps were for my treatment plan. She was extremely diligent and detailed when doing my filling. Really recommend this clinic. The girls at the front desk are so helpful and all assistants are friendly and kind. Thanks y’all!!

Experience was great!

Our family had has the absolute best experience here. Dr. Batta and his team do very well explaining everything in detail when it comes to treatment. Viviana, Ruby, Kayla, Anna deserve 5 stars they provided exceptional service to us and we will continue care through them.

My root canal was great. My crown is beautiful. Their new dental hygienist did an amazing job on my cleaning and all the ladies were kind and respectful. Definitely going to stick with them as my family Dentist!.

I came into myDental Elgin as a new patient back in 2022 after a family member referred me. I have always been welcomed with a smile and friendly attitude when coming here. I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted (Aug 2024), and doctors’ made the whole process much less scarier than I anticipated. I feel secure knowing that the dental team here is doing amazing work and so accommodating. Especially Ruby who has helped with answering all the questions I have.
