Dr. Alejandro Rojas, DDS

Dr. Alejandro Rojas, DDS, brings compassion, experience, and a multicultural perspective to his dental practice. Born in a coastal village in Mexico, he moved to California at age five and later to Utah at age ten. Positive experiences with his childhood dentist and orthodontist inspired him early on to pursue a career in dentistry.

While studying at Utah Valley University, Dr. Rojas discovered his passion for dentistry through his science coursework. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Utah School of Dentistry. After graduation, he practiced in Utah under the mentorship of a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, further strengthening his clinical skills and commitment to excellence in general dentistry.

Dr. Rojas is dedicated to lifelong learning and regularly pursues continuing education to provide the highest level of care. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Capital Area Dental Society, and Spear Education. His commitment to professional growth ensures his patients benefit from modern techniques, advanced technology, and evidence-based treatment.

Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Rojas is proud to serve a diverse community and provide clear communication to Spanish-speaking patients.

Dr. Rojas and his family recently relocated to the Austin area to enjoy everything the city has to offer. Outside the office, he enjoys going to the gym, photography, watching movies, and spending quality time with his wife and two children. He looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients and bringing a positive, upbeat energy to every visit.
