The young ladies in the front desk are nice and friendly and they have all my insurance details ready before my appointment. Dr. Patel is very nice and always keeps me informed with what she is doing. The location is perfect and clean. Their hours are great and they always call to remind me of my appointment. My experience at myDental was great, they make you feel comfortable. I came in to get a set of partials and I am walking out with them today very happily! Dr. Patel was amazing, she's very caring and made sure my partials fit perfectly. Gloria and Vanessa always took care of me, made sure my appointments were short and quick. My requirements regarding choosing a good dental office are very high and many places cannot meet them. I never go to a dentist without reading reviews about the doctor and the office beforehand. I have chosen My Dental in Austin because it had many positive reviews. I can say that my experience was above my expectations. Doctor is professional and very gentle. Office is very clean. Everyone working there is very friendly, helpful and professional to the highest point. I gladly recommend it to everyone!
