Very courteous and professional office. My hygienist truly cares about my teeth and is helping me develop better habits. This is definitely the best dentist office in Austin.

Kailey (dental assistant) is super sweet and attentive, she held a full conversation with me, about Criminal Minds, and made sure I didn’t need anything before she stepped out of the room. She was just very friendly! Monica did my cleaning and she was super gentle. Loved that she kept checking on me to see how I was doing, thank you! She was also super sweet and friendly.

Mydental words can’t express how very satisfied I am with them, they treat you like family, the staff is so friendly, always reaching out making sure you are good after your procedure, highly recommend Mydental best staff ever.

One thing I really like with them is that all the forms can be filled up through your phone or computer. No manual paper work, even answering the covid protocol questions, it can be done through your phone. They are very customer service oriented as they have explained in detailed on what is wrong with my teeth and what’s going to happen next. Again, thank you for making my visit pleasant
