I loved everything about this dental office. The ladies at the front desk, the hygienist, the dentist. They are so welcoming. They do everything to make you comfortable.

I called myDental (Norwood Park Blvd) today, Thursday 8/1/24 in hopes of getting a wisdom tooth extracted and the customer service was A-1 in assisting me with an appointment and anything else I needed upon arrival! I was scheduled the same day for a visit with Dr. Lee! When I say Dr. Lee was patient with me (I have a fear of dentists from past negative experiences), understanding to my needs and concerns and didn’t attempt to overcharge me regardless of having insurance or not, the entire process was left me in a state of WOW! I didn’t realize Dr. Lee had extracted my wisdom tooth he was so careful, (although he said it wasn’t all him since the tooth was already loose) skilled, and experienced at what he does! I suddenly heard him say, it’s done ✅! Dr. Lee numbed me so well I didn’t feel a thing (heck the shots for numbing was more uncomfortable than the tooth extraction! If you are seeking an experienced, caring, honest, professional dentist whose team provides A-1 customer service, and everyone has great energy, Dr. Lee at myDental located in Austin TX, Norwood Park Blvd location is your guy! front desk was super helpful the dental assistant they were so nice an supportive I just had two wisdom tooth removal and it was perfect no pain and the whole time they were supportive and the Dentist he explained all what I needed and about the prosees about my wisdom tooth removal
