Tooth pain won’t wait — and neither should you. Our Manor dental team sees emergency patients the same day, Tuesday through Saturday. Same-day appointments are available, and we’ll get you out of pain fast.
A sudden toothache, a cracked tooth at dinner, or a child’s knocked-out tooth on the playground — dental emergencies happen when you least expect them. Waiting days for an appointment can make things worse.
At myDental Manor, we reserve time every day for emergency patients. You don’t need to suffer through the weekend or drive across Austin — same-day emergency care is right here on Highway 290 E.

Not sure if your situation is urgent? If you’re in pain, something is broken, or there’s swelling, call us right away. Here are the most common emergencies we treat at our Manor office.
Persistent, throbbing pain that won’t go away with over-the-counter medication
Cracks, chips, or fractures from accidents, sports, or biting something hard
Time is critical — a tooth can often be saved if treated within 30–60 minutes
Swelling, fever, or a pus-filled bump on the gums — dental infections can spread fast
Our Manor dentists are equipped to diagnose and treat most dental emergencies in a single visit. Here’s what we can do for you today.
Bonding, temporary crowns, or splinting for cracked, chipped, or loosened teeth. We restore function and relieve pain the same day.
When infection reaches the nerve inside your tooth, a root canal removes the infection and saves the tooth from extraction.
When a tooth is too damaged to save, we remove it safely and discuss replacement options like implants or bridges.
We drain abscesses, prescribe antibiotics, and treat the underlying cause to stop infection from spreading.
We make the process as fast and stress-free as possible. Here’s what to expect when you call for a same-day appointment.
Call (512) 815-3663 and let us know it’s an emergency. We’ll get you in the same day — often within the hour.
Your dentist examines the problem area, takes digital X-rays, and determines the best course of action. We explain everything clearly before starting any treatment.
We address your pain first. Whether it’s local anesthesia, medication, or draining an abscess, getting you comfortable is our top priority.
Most emergencies are resolved in a single visit. If additional treatment is needed, we schedule your follow-up and provide clear aftercare instructions before you leave.
When you’re in pain, you need a dental office that can see you now — not next week. Here’s why patients across Manor, Weiss, and East Austin choose myDental for emergency care.
We reserve time every day for emergency patients. Call in the morning, get treated the same day.
Dental emergencies don’t follow a schedule. We’re open Saturday 9 AM – 3 PM for urgent care.

Pick up the tooth by the crown (top), not the root. If possible, gently place it back in the socket. If you can’t, keep it moist in milk or saliva. Then call us immediately at (512) 815-3663. The sooner you get here, the better the chance of saving the tooth — ideally within 30 minutes.
Pain may temporarily subside, but that doesn’t mean the problem is gone. A toothache usually signals decay, infection, or a crack that will worsen without treatment. If you’re experiencing persistent or recurring tooth pain, schedule a visit before it becomes a bigger emergency.
A dental abscess is a serious condition that needs prompt treatment. The infection can spread to your jaw, head, or neck if left untreated. If you notice swelling, fever, or a painful bump on your gums, call us right away. If you experience difficulty breathing or swallowing, go to the emergency room immediately.
