The dental assistant (Lakenya) was amazing—friendly, professional, and very attentive. She made my son feel comfortable and well cared for the entire visit. Truly a great experience!

The most pleasant dentist appointment, with my granddaughter and I had the most pleasant time with her appointment. She explained everything to us, and she was thrilled to hear about her positive results.

Went in this office today for a consultation and it was such a great experience. I’m usually nervous when going to the dentist, but the staff made sure I was comfortable and were super friendly and informative. Veronica and Jennifer were the sweetest.

Great experience here at MyDental Elgin. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Front staff did a great job explaining to me how my specific dental insurance works and how I can benefit the most of it there. The x-ray tech was very nice and friendly. I dont remember her name but she’s from Oregon originally and I love Oregon lol. The hygienist Carrie was very nice as well. She was very thorough with her work and gentle with the tools. Dr. Rojas was efficient and did a great job explaining to me the work that I should get done and the pros and cons of said work. Shout out to Ruby who explained the procedures I’ll be getting in the future and for setting it up for me. She was very patient with me as I tried to find the best times for the scheduling. Overall MyDental exceeded my expectations. I recommend everyone in the area to come check them out give them a try.

The whole team is absolutely amazing! My 2 year old loves fish and Rubi went above and beyond to make him this balloon! It made his whole day and made my heart just melt! I don’t know how but they manage to be the kindest and most fun place to visit in all of Elgin!

My first visit at the MyDental in Elgin, Texas was a pleasant experience. Brandon at the front desk got me in the same day I called, was very nice and knowledgeable in understanding my insurance. Kerri did a great job doing my X-rays and was gentle with my problematic mandibular tori, which causes me pain from the things you have to bite down on. Dr. Patel was thorough and spent a good amount of time explaining everything I need done. I have not been to the dentist in over 4 years. They were super nice and nonjudgmental. We have a plan of action to get my needs addressed. I’m glad I chose this dental practice.

Dr. Sarath and Lakenya really made me feel at ease with my dental decisions. They were detailed and informative with my dental plan.

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Srinivasan and his team. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted w/genuine kindness. The office is spotless, modern & comfortable with immediately put me at ease. Dr. Srinivasan & his assistant took the time to explain every step of my treatment and answered all of my questions. I'm so grateful to have found a Dentist I can trust. The staff understood my financial and they helped me w/the cost. I highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!
