Update: I came back to this office a year after my first visit. I learned they had a new dentist. This time was a much better experience for my son. The dentist they have now was very patient and very gentle with him. He loved getting a gift from the little gift dispenser after his checkup . We will be returning. The office staff has always been great too. Original review: I did not have a good experience with my son. He is 16mo and usually enjoys brushing his teeth, it was a fun activity for us to do until this visit. We went for a routine check-up. The dentist came in. He usually acts like he’s in a rush which can be understandable if there are other patients in the office. There were no other patients so really no reason to rush today. Before he began he said to my son he would be brushing his teeth and putting vitamins on his teeth pretty kind no red flags there. He started to brush before prompting me to hold his hands first red flag. So my son began to squirm and then the dentist held his face and I could see this dentist’s hand visibly shaking while he struggled to pull my sons head towards his direction while my son is crying and fighting this dentist brushing his teeth, second red flag. I asked “Can you give him a second?” He completely ignored me and continued to do what he was doing and he was doing it aggressively. Third red flag. All I could do was try to hold my son in a way he was not struggling so much that it would hurt him more. They quickly put the fluoride on his teeth and the dentist left the room. It all happened so fast. He had the time to be patient with my son and to make this a pleasant experience but he did not. I was in that room a whole maybe 3 minutes when my appointment was blocked for 30min. There was no reason for him to treat my son that way. He had visible abrasions around his mouth from where the dentist was trying to fight my son to brush his teeth. It took us almost a month to get my son to enjoy teeth brushing again. I was a patient here myself and decided to inactivate us both. I will never return here and I urge anyone else to not bring your children here.

I recently visited Galati and Maria, and I can confidently say that my experience was unmatched compared to any other dentist I’ve ever visited. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. The dentist made as many adjustments as I needed to feel completely satisfied, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process, ensuring there were no surprises. Despite having extensive work done, there was little to no pain. The communication was outstanding, with every step explained clearly and thoroughly. Galati and Maria provided an excellent experience, and I can wholeheartedly say they are the best dentists I have ever worked with. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

Best dentist practice I've ever been to. Friendly, professional, and no waiting! Very nice staff, nice perks like refreshments, headphones, blankets,eye mask, stress ball and more if you want it.

Came in for my extractions today was extremely nervous and on the verge of almost having an anxiety attack but doctor and assistant reassured me it was okay and made the experience painless and smooth !!
