Dr. Sarath Srinivasan

Dr. Sarath Srinivasan is a highly accomplished periodontist with over two decades of clinical, academic, and research experience. He earned his Master’s in Dental Science and Periodontics certification from the prestigious Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (formerly UMDNJ) in New Jersey. With a strong foundation in advanced periodontal therapies, Dr. Srinivasan has focused his career on surgical periodontal regeneration, implant therapy, and the integration of science-driven care in everyday practice.

Prior to relocating to the United States, Dr. Srinivasan practiced as a periodontist in India for more than 20 years, where he also served as the Chair and Program Director of a postgraduate periodontics residency program. In 2006, he received his Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), further expanding his expertise in dental implants.

Dr. Srinivasan’s commitment to research and education is reflected in his contributions to dental science. During his Master’s program, his research focused on salivary biomarkers involved in peri-implantitis, particularly the MIP-1alpha protein. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has presented at various scientific forums, reinforcing his role as both a clinician and scholar.

He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the North Texas Dental Society. Dr. Srinivasan is known for fostering a patient-centric approach rooted in trust, compassion, excellence, and a dedication to lifelong learning.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Srinivasan enjoys traveling, exploring world cultures, and experimenting in the kitchen with global cuisine. He shares his life and passion for dentistry with his wife, Dr. Nandita, who is also a practicing dentist. Together, they are proud parents to a son who aspires to follow in their footsteps and join the dental profession.
