Job Opening: Dental Assistant

We are a growing multiple-office dental practice focused on providing superior patient experience. We are seeking for a great talented dental assistant who wants to be part of our dynamic team. We have fun and positive office environment, as we work together as one team to deliver exceptional dental care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent patient services with great chair side manner
  • Engage with patients with all ages for delivering awesome patient experience
  • Helps patients feel comfortable throughout dental treatment; build great rapport with patients
  • Fully assist dentist in the process of treating patients through chairside
  • Reliability perform high quality digital dental radiographs
  • Prepare operatory set up and break down
  • Sterilizes instruments
  • Perform various laboratory tasks including preparation and tracking of lab cases
  • Follow all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
  • Inventory Management as needed
  • Perform various office duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be a certified RDA
  • Must hold CPR certification
  • Dentrix software experience preferred
  • Excellent patient service skills
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
  • Professionalism, good grooming, and professional image
  • Strong team work ethics, interpersonal, relationship building skills
  • Must be attentive to details and organized and have anticipation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
