Your role will include:

  • Scheduling appointments and answering phones
  • Verifying insurance and collecting payments
  • Maintaining patient records and files
  • Coordinating with our dental team to ensure smooth patient flow

We’ll provide full training, so no previous experience in dentistry is necessary. What we’re looking for is someone who has a natural talent for making people feel comfortable, a willingness to learn, and a “can-do” attitude.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1 year or more of call center experience scheduling appointments preferred
  • Must have an upbeat and friendly tone of voice
  • Must be able to speak very clearly
  • Dentrix Practice Management software experience preferred
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken
  • Desire and commitment to serving and helping others
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with a team
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Professionalism in all aspects of job
  • Good grooming and professional image
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
