Everybody was super friendly and explained what they were doing as they worked on my teeth. They had a “comfort” menu with items to make the visit less stressful and of course had Netflix to watch!

I'm from the Round Rock location and I love it there. So when I moved to this location I was a little worried that I wouldn't receive the same kind of customer service or that my kiddos wouldn't like any of the staff members but I am happy to say that the Elgin location is just as awesome!!! They ladies there are supper friendly and definitely caring people! My 14year old fears the dentist office but once I explained her situation they definitely made it more relaxing for her. Thank you all for making my children visit simple, smooth and easy.

This place is always great to get a teeth cleaning from the hygienist!

We love the staff there. They are very kind and take care of my kiddos. They do not try rush to the next person. They do everything they can to make them comfortable; there is a movie on, sunglasses to block out the light and much more.

I love coming here they get in and out fast. There always make feel comfortable and ask questions before they start there work. There amazing people here that have a great staff that’s willing to work with u. It’s also kid friendly love it🤗

I had to change dentist last year due to my previous doctor retiring. The staff and doctor at mydentalin round rock where awesome, very professional, friendly and sweet. I normally hate going to the dentist but they made the appointment very pleasant. Dr. Dudeen took the time to explain the deep cleaning procedure and the hygienist, Diane was as gentle as possible. Front staff was great. Highly recommend!
