This place is AMAZING! First off, you speak with Ascension over the phone to give your info and schedule an appointment who is so polite, courteous and helpful. Then you meet Alexis who greets you and has all your appt needs ready so that you are seen right away. He was comforting and calmingly reassuring and so professional. I have been such a nervous patient when it comes to my mouth and he was able to ease my fears. Hilda took me back to get my X-ray done and was pleasant and kind. But Dr. Kimia, I really hope she reads this, is an ABSOLUTE professional in her field! Dr. Kimia has the best beside manner and helped me work through my discomfort. She was so precise and thorough that I did not even feel any pain! I couldn’t believe it! Not any pain! She has changed my whole outlook on dentistry and has made me believe that these procedures can be done comfortably. I was terrified and tried to avoid going to get any work done on my teeth but now I can’t wait to go in and schedule more services! This is life changing and I spent the entire 4th of July telling my friends and family at our bbq party. My husband even thanks the doctor for taking care of me because he knew of my hesitation and I will be scheduling an appt for him as well! I am so very grateful and sincerely thankful to have found My Dental Round Rock!
