I would like to say thank you to My Dental Anderson Mill, I walked in with a tooth emergency, and was impressed by how friendly, professional, and quick the entire staff and process was.

After not visiting the dentist for awhile, I was nervous about going back but the staff at My Dental were all so friendly as soon as I stepped in the door. Lupe was the assistant who helped with my cleaning. She helped me ease my nerves and was so kind throughout my appointment!

I been here multiple of times always a great experience. Ruby was our nurse today and she is such a lovely person. They treat you like family!

The whole team is cool! Lupe and Stephanie were very nice and the doctor worked fast and efficiently as well.

Lupe was amazing. she was very gentle with the tools she was using and was very helpful with directions to patients. She understands about my sensitivity teeth and told me everything she was doing to make me feel way comfortable. Overtime she does ask me if I feel okay and I love how she checks up on me. I love how she shows me where the restroom at instead of telling me where it could be at. The little things she does. I appreciate everything.

To MyDental @ Techridge, Dr. Hwang (New) and Victoria (Assistant - my apologies if I got this title incorrect): I have been going here for more than a few years now and would like to say that Dr. Hwang is very knowledgable and very kind. He is welcoming and easy to speak with as well. I went there for a replacement filling and was able to tackle other issues that has resonated for quite some time. Every question I asked, he was kind and willing to resolve the issue and gave me his expert opinion. The procedure for my filling was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I truly never write reviews, but I was willing and eager to write this as credit should be given where credit is due. The whole procedure went smoothly (Even the pain from the shot numbness was minimal and nothing hurt the entire time). I have to admit, that I almost fell asleep. Overall, if he is completely new to this industry, he has my vote as I give him 5 stars. Another things I would like to say is that Victoria was very kind and easy to speak with as well. I enjoyed seeing how attentive both her and Dr. Hwang were. I do enjoy seeing her learn from Dr. Hwang, but also seeing Dr. Hwang willing to teach her as well. Great job everyone!
