First time visiting MyDental in Elgin as a new patient. Had a great experience so far, Ruby did great during dental xrays and throughout the entire visit. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and i plan on coming back to get my dental work done here at this location!

Amazing staff and experience. I struggle with medical anxiety and so even getting to the office is always a hurdle for me but they front desk are always kind and answer any questions that pop up. Have to say Jasmine set the tone for my appointment today and she was just so patient and sweet and told me what was happening as she did each step and that's just so appreciated. Have to schedule some follow up appointments soon and my anxiety is way easier to manage after this visit 👍 Thank all y'all!

Doctor and assistants were very nice and professional. They explained everything to me very clearly. I would definitely recommend this dental office. They are so conveniently located next to Walmart at Tech Ridge.
