I had an AMAZING experience at myDental Manor today, August 26, 2024. I was a bit apprehensive going in, as I hadn't been to a dentist in nearly 16 years. However, upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Checking in was a breeze, and they offer a wonderful assortment of drinks while you wait. I was promptly taken back by Lily, who was very sweet and a pleasure to deal with. She efficiently took my X-rays, even with a few minor hiccups due to the new system and office setup. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the names of the other staff members who took care of me, but they were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The exam rooms feature a large TV, and the staff invites you to choose something to watch from Netflix to keep you entertained while they work. Dr. Gulati was an absolute GEM to work with. He never made me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. Instead, he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the results. He even made minor cosmetic adjustments to improve my smile. The teamwork between Dr. Gulati and his staff was excellent. Despite the new location, it was clear that the staff worked well together and were enjoying their work. I left the office beaming and immensely relieved. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs in Manor! Additionally, they accept a variety of dental plans, including those under Medicare (Wellcare!). Finding a doctor who accepts these plans is very challenging, and I was not treated differently for using a Medicare plan. Unlike other Medicare doctors I have visited, this office was non-judgmental and truly outstanding. Please give Dr. Gulati and his team a chance to work on your teeth. You will not regret it!

Para ser justos primero voy a mencionar lo positivo de este lugar : Clínica muy limpia, primera impresión muy satisfactoria, muy amables , salones con TV para disminuir la ansiedad que a todos nos causa el dentista, la Higienista dental que me atendió que no recuerdo su nombre ahora ,fue excepcionalmente profesional y muy amable, excelente su trabajo y el Dr. Rishu Batta y sus asistentes igual. Lo negativo : la parte financiera! Me hicieron el primer día un presupuesto de todo lo que me costaría cada servicio el cual acepté con gusto, lo cual después no resultó cierto . Después me llegó un bill del cual no estuve de acuerdo pues no coincidía con el presupuesto inicial, fui y conversé con ellos después de haber conversado con mi insurance previamente , quedaron en abrir un ticket y que me darían respuesta en 4 o 5 días , eso fue hace casi un mes y aún estoy esperando la llamada de la financiera, la llame exactamente hace 3 días y después de dejarme esperando la recepcionista en el teléfono, me dijo que ella estaba ocupada que me llamaría en cuanto se desocupara y aún la estoy esperando.. evidentemente quiso rechazar la conversación, sin mencionar que a mi esposo le cobraron $50 .00 de más , los cuales después tuvieron que reembolsarlos pues había sido un error de ellos . Otra cosa que me desagradó de ellos es que cobran los servicios por adelantados , según ellos para garantizar que “ los materiales estén disponibles para la próxima cita”, y por último si cancelas una cita te dicen que te van a cargar con $100 por la cancelación, según ellos de esta forma evitan que las personas cancelen . Por eso les doy 3 estrellas . Ahh y el bill de lo que según ellos debo si no ha dejado de llegar así como los mensajes telefónicos recordando lo que les debo . Lamentablemente mi experiencia al principio fue muy buena pero ya no puedo decir lo mismo . No pienso regresar . Perdieron un paciente, el cual no fue tratado en este aspecto que mencione correctamente!
