I loved my check up an I would recommend anyone to this place the staff was very amazing an it was quick an easy I would take my kids in the future to this place.

My Dental Here at Norwood is the best Dentist office my family and I have been to. Its been a few years we have been coming to this location and we love it. Our teeth are well taken care of and leave with clean healthy teeth. The front desk and staff are always so nice and make you feel welcome! My son loves that they have entertainment while he is in the room getting his check up. They are very flexible when it comes to scheduling all of us together. Definitely recommend it here!

I am so sad but I feel obligated to leave this review. I loved this place the staff are amazing however the dental work my child recieved was very poor. I thought is was great I thought I was doing great every 6 months check up cleaning, fill cavities. I never waited I always acted. But she always seemed to have more issues. Finally one got so bad I had to be referred out. That is when I found out how bad it was. Under a few of her fillings the decay was not all removed. She had to have extensive work on 3 teeth and two extractions, because one of the infection was heading up into her bone. She is 8 years old. I expected more. I am not only out financially but my poor child had to got through so much to bring her mouth back to health. Update I just spoke with Gloria who listened understood and has brought my faith back that they will better communicate with parents and truly do have their patients best interest at heart.

My gosh! I just had a party at the dentist. Everyone was so nice. I feel like I made new friends. (I can tell you about their pets.) I have had dentists and oral surgeons tell me such upsetting things about my teeth. It was such a relief, today, to hear Dr. Mathew's perspective that they were just not that bad. And, that if things were not bothering me (two baby teeth, some recession), we didn't have to do anything about them. (I've been given estimates from others who were pressuring me to address these things that were more than $16,000.) She didn't make me feel bad about what I haven't been doing. She said it seemed like I had been taking good care of my teeth. Wow. Gabi, the dental assistant, said they looked really good. Instead of just feeling bad about everything others had said was wrong, the perspective that things were good has me feeling motivated to try to keep them that way. Hooray! We addressed a couple of tiny things (which I am glad to have addressed, wasn't upsetting financially, & was completely pain-free). And, I don't have to go back for 6 months, which is amazing. (Other dentists have been making me come every few months for deep cleanings, scaling, root planning, etc. for years now.) It's so great not to have to go see these people who I will look forward to seeing again. I highly recommend myDental at Anderson Mill. (My son has an appointment with them next week.) On 12/11 I had written, "Brittnee, the office manager w/myDental at Anderson Mill just spent like 30 minutes coming up with a plan with me. I'm scheduled for a comprehensive exam & we have time set aside for the deeper cleaning, scaling, & root planning I know to anticipate needing. For the exam, she has me seeing Dr. Mathew. She said she is really nice & gentle. She said they haven't been at this office too long. They opened up at the beginning of the year, closed for COVID-19, & have opened back up in August. They are only using two of their four chairs, currently, to allow for physical distancing. They use a questionnaire to screen for COVID-19 symptoms day of. (I do know about asymptomatic carriers.) We are trying to maximize the insurance I paid to be able to use this year. When we talked about issues or concerns she talked about how they are not there to judge me only to help me & to see what I am comfortable doing. There was so much kindness, empathy, & support I feel like I made a new friend. If the appointments go as smoothly, it will all be a fabulous experience. I'll report back."

Great dentist for those with dental anxiety! Staff is super friendly and service is great and quick! They will put you right at ease!

I never really was a fan of going to the dentist but the staff at MyDental definitely have changed my outlook. The staff made sure I was well taken care of and provided a warm, welcoming environment. I walked in a nervous, first time patient and left out on first name basis with everyone I met. Thank you to Brittney, Ally, Gabby and Dr.Mathew for listening to my concerns and making sure my teeth got what they needed. Mostly thanks for being so kind and gentle 😊

I had my top wisdom teeth removed and a deep cleaning done over two days. I had little to no pain at all after without any pain relievers. The staff was in great communication, hospitable, kind, knowledgeable, and made the experience as best as possible. I actually look forward to coming back here again in the future!

Update: Went to see them yesterday and they are always very friendly and makes paying out of pocket not a hassle!! Payment plans available if available for your service! I will for sure be back! Very helpful. Able to see me and my 4 children. Also provided assistance program for self pay customers.
