I didn't think much when I came here but the staff was overwhelming nice and always checked in with me! They also have drinks and items that will help you if you are having any troubles! The whole time I was consistantly checked on and I could even watch on the T.V. while I was being worked on! It was a great experience! :D

Made an appointment after hours due to an emergency issue. They were able to get me in early the next day. I was nervous because I am not a fan of the dentist office in general and hadn't been in years. First off the way they handle the covid protocol is easy and feels very safe. I have seen some comments about the front desk staff and I didn't experience that. They were friendly efficient and very helpful. The techs were knowledgeable. The facility was spotless and the equipment seemed so high tech. Dr Patel was patient, professional and compassionate. I admitted to having not been in to the dentist is years. She acknowledged and moved on. No long lectures or judgement. She took the time to go over all the issues and options available to me, with no pressure at all. Then before any work, a tech came in to review all the recommended charges and breakdowns of each, making sure I knew what was happening and no surprises. Andy the dental hygienist was so friendly and helpful as well. Very knowledgeable and through. At the end of the visit, I was half expecting a surprise charge and there was none. I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but I will gladly be back and on a regular schedule. This place is great!

My gosh! I just had a party at the dentist. Everyone was so nice. I feel like I made new friends. (I can tell you about their pets.) I have had dentists and oral surgeons tell me such upsetting things about my teeth. It was such a relief, today, to hear Dr. Mathew's perspective that they were just not that bad. And, that if things were not bothering me (two baby teeth, some recession), we didn't have to do anything about them. (I've been given estimates from others who were pressuring me to address these things that were more than $16,000.) She didn't make me feel bad about what I haven't been doing. She said it seemed like I had been taking good care of my teeth. Wow. Gabi, the dental assistant, said they looked really good. Instead of just feeling bad about everything others had said was wrong, the perspective that things were good has me feeling motivated to try to keep them that way. Hooray! We addressed a couple of tiny things (which I am glad to have addressed, wasn't upsetting financially, & was completely pain-free). And, I don't have to go back for 6 months, which is amazing. (Other dentists have been making me come every few months for deep cleanings, scaling, root planning, etc. for years now.) It's so great not to have to go see these people who I will look forward to seeing again. I highly recommend myDental at Anderson Mill. (My son has an appointment with them next week.) On 12/11 I had written, "Brittnee, the office manager w/myDental at Anderson Mill just spent like 30 minutes coming up with a plan with me. I'm scheduled for a comprehensive exam & we have time set aside for the deeper cleaning, scaling, & root planning I know to anticipate needing. For the exam, she has me seeing Dr. Mathew. She said she is really nice & gentle. She said they haven't been at this office too long. They opened up at the beginning of the year, closed for COVID-19, & have opened back up in August. They are only using two of their four chairs, currently, to allow for physical distancing. They use a questionnaire to screen for COVID-19 symptoms day of. (I do know about asymptomatic carriers.) We are trying to maximize the insurance I paid to be able to use this year. When we talked about issues or concerns she talked about how they are not there to judge me only to help me & to see what I am comfortable doing. There was so much kindness, empathy, & support I feel like I made a new friend. If the appointments go as smoothly, it will all be a fabulous experience. I'll report back."

Very great visit ! Been going to my dental for about2 years staff is very nice and great to because i have anxieties about dentist ... they also have Netflix and Disney for a relaxing visit !:)

Friendly dentist and dental hygienist/tech! In and out in 30 minutes for a standard cleaning, friendly front desk staff as well. The office was clean/well lit with complimentary bottled water and coffee.

Awesome experience! Went in for an emergency appointment, a filling I previously had done at another state came off, was in the are in need of a dental emergency appointment!! So happy and 100 percent satisfied! Thank you myDental!

Amazing staff, attended my root canal and very attentive on making sure I made it home. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any dental care.

Dr. Chaudhari was both professional, and kind. He never made me feel uncomfortable or ashamed about my teeth. The way he speaks to his staff is something to aspire to in every office. Maria was assisting during my visit and she also made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. The office manager (I'm sorry I missed her name) was beyond accommodating when I had to move procedures around for financial reasons. Again, I never felt judged, or like anyone wasn't acting in my best interest. I've already referred one friend over, and will continue to do so. Doctors like this are rare, and when you do find them, the staff is usually lacking. NOT the case here. There is absolutely nothing I would have changed about my visit. I left feeling informed and motivated to improve my dental health. Thank you for making this anxiety ridden process a pleasant one. I appreciate all of you.

Above and beyond front of house staff and dentist. Everyone there was so kind and nice to my wife and I. We needed some work done that was going to be more than one visit. It was all pain free and they always remembered our names. Very easy to deal with would recommend 10 out of ten.

I hadn't been to a dentist in years after a really excruciating experience. I was dreading going to the dentist, but a painful abscess made me finally go. The process at MyDental at Techridge was painless, and the technicians and dentist were wonderful. No lectures or judgements. Just a caring and calming atmosphere and staff. I was put at ease immediately. They laid out a plan on how to fix all my issues and made sure to explain every step. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience with the staff here! Check in was smooth and my dental assistant Gabi was so kind and helpful. She walked through everything and was so sweet, definitely made me feel relaxed. Gina was also sweet and very helpful when discussing payment. After not going to a dentist for so long, this was a nice experience!
