Dr Y and her dental hygienist were truly wonderful!! It has been awhile since I had gone to the dentist and like most people, went in very anxious and nervous. But Dr Y walked me through and showed me every detail, she was very sweet and most importantly was VERY nonjudgmental. All she cared about was my comfort and getting the best possible treatment plan and it was such a relief to be in an environment like that. Her hygienist was extremely sweet, checking in with me when things took a little long, and immediately put me at ease. Even the receptionist was so kind!! I also love that they have the options for blankets, masks, earphones, etc. I even got to watch Project Runway LOL. I came here because of all the fantastic reviews and it lived up and more! Dr Y is exactly who I needed 🙂

I highly recommend this dental office I had an amazing experience at My Dentals Norwood ! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and caring. They offered me water and juice, which was a nice touch. My doctor was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The receptionist was also very helpful and welcoming. My kids love to go. They love the kids waiting room. When you open through the door it’s all smiles and good welcomes. They are all nice and sweet. They take the time to go over and above to make sure my kids are good and happy throughout our time there. I give the whole team 10 stars. They are always sweet when we come in nice. Even the new people that is here now are so sweet and nice they asked us do we need anything is how how are we doing That's what I like about this place. And they make your kids feel comfortable enough to want to come to the dentist. And they give them a little coin afterwards to get them something special from their little machines. I thank them so much for all they do. This is the best dentist in Austin
