Our process is straightforward: submit your application online, have a brief phone screen with our team, and then visit one of our offices for an in-person interview. We aim to move quickly and keep you informed at every step.
We have offices across Central Texas, including Anderson Mill, Tech Ridge, Elgin, Manor, Norwood Park, Round Rock, San Marcos, Georgetown, and Ben White. Open positions list specific locations, but we’re always open to hearing from great candidates for any office.
Not necessarily. The majority of our team started without any dental experience and grew into their roles through our hands-on training and mentorship programs. Clinical positions like dental assistants and hygienists require relevant training or certification, but for front desk and business coordinator roles, we value strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn. We invest in your development from day one.
Spanish-English bilingual ability is a strong plus at many of our locations, as we serve diverse communities across Central Texas. It’s not a requirement for most positions, but it’s always appreciated and can be an advantage.
