We are seeking for an efficient and self-motivated dental hygienist who wants to be part of our dynamic team at our brand-new fully modern practice. Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver superior patient experience with positive attitude
- Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, debridement, scaling and root planning, periodontal maintenance, and related services
- Place sealants and administer fluoride treatment
- Perform thorough periodontal charting
- Taking digital and panoramic x-rays, taking intra-oral images, and digital impression
- Administration of anesthetics as needed
- Conduct thorough oral health screening and communicate findings to the doctor
- Educate proper oral hygiene instructions
- Thoroughly clean and set up operatories in-between patients and maintain proper sterilization; setup equipment and instruments
- Assist the operational office staff to optimize office efficiency
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene required (bachelor’s preferred)
- 5+ years of Dental Hygiene experience
- Excellent patient service skills
- Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong team work ethics, interpersonal, relationship building skills
